BSM Music was established to showcase my foray into the music industry. After a decade, I have decided to release a collection of audio tracks created during the time where I was active as an amateur, independent, singer – songwriter – producer under the pseudo name, Atlantis Jordan.
Between 1997 and 2005, I dabbled in the amateur music scene initially as a school project for a Music Appreciation elective. Thanks to a site called MP3.com (prior to the 2003), some of my more complete works found a following, much to my surprise. Then, MP3.com was bought out by Vivendi Universal and the site was shut down for awhile to amateur artists. Similar sites such as Imeem and Myspace failed to meet the same quality and accessibility as MP3.com resulting in my loss of desire to pursue it any further. With new interests demanding more of attention, I went back to mostly working on tracks as a hobby and selling my own content when there was an interest.
Over the course of nearly a decade, I created over a hundred tracks that have started out as demos or filler material (unfinished) that I created on the fly. I may release some of them in the future. All tracks available were produced between 1998 – 2004. Although, I treat the projects I produced or collaborated on as “hobbies”, I have decided to share those tracks online again by uploading them to my artist page on SoundCloud.
You can listen to the playlists I’ve created from each album below.
Take Me Higher (2000)
Released in 2000, Take Me Higher was my debut album on MP3.com. Music For Love was the breakout hit single. This set was a progression into Electronic/Dance music after working on mostly R&B/Pop/Hip-Hop influenced material. It was liberating to express myself in non-verbal ways and this album was the culmination of that.

Everybody Come With Me
Multiples of One (2001)
Released in 2001, Multiples Of One was my sophomore album on MP3.com. Garden Of Eden was the biggest hit single. This set was my attempt to diversify my sound as I was also working on a demo for my cousin at the same time. I consider this album to be experimental in nature as it allowed me to explore sounds and directions that were inspired by my work on the demo.

Just Let It Rain (2002)
Recorded between 2000-2002, Just Let It Rain was my first studio production. Although, I never released this album on MP3.com, I did release a few of its tracks independently to test reception. Blue Mondays was the biggest hit. Originally created as a demo, the album featured other amateur vocalists and a couple of mashups . I also make my vocal debut on the title track’s second verse.
